COVID-19 : Important Updates

March 25, 2020

Dear Valued Customers and Colleagues,

We are committed to the health and well-being of the BFG team and our valued clients.

Based on the Governor’s instructions on March 23, 2020, we have decided to conduct all client appointments remotely, to the maximum extent possible. Further, we are closing our doors to all visitors. A drop box is available outside of our front entrance during business hours (8am to 5pm) for drop-off of plans, etc. We can also work with you to set up electronic delivery via email. If these are not possible, we can work with you to make arrangements via FedEx.

While this is not our preference, it is prudent during these uncertain times. BFG is committed to serving our clients during this challenging time. Unless we are directed to close, we will continue to work and serve our Clients. We are considering BFG as essential because we support construction and waste water projects. Timing may be a bit slower as we work through this change. We have no more than 10 employees in the office at one time. Our field personnel are in the office from 7:00 am to 8:00 am and office personnel will arrive at 8:00 am and work until 5:00 pm Monday through Friday and we are sanitizing the office space daily. We are gaining more knowledge of this virus every day, and it is clear that social distancing is the only way to flatten the curve and avoid a spike that could leave us in far worse shape than the slowdowns or inconveniences now.

We remain committed to you during the challenges and unprecedented circumstances the Coronavirus is presenting to us all. We are closely watching the actions of the U.S. Treasury and Congress as they develop solutions to mitigate this crisis.

As always, we are here to help and please do not hesitate to contact us when you need assistance. You may reach any of us during normal business hours at (540) 373-5178. Until the next time we meet and shake hands again, please know we are here for you and we are praying for you, your family, and your organization’s health and safety.

Sincerely,

Ryan Foroughi, Angela Foroughi, Mike Bagby
